JCCs may apply for multiple grants, but only if they have multiple programs, such as:
Day Camp Resident Camp Sports & Wellness Program A second building or location running a program independent of the main building
The deadline for all applications is August 20th, 2007
There are two places where you are asked for specific information that you may not have readily available or in an electronic format. THIS IS OK. COMPLETE THE GRANT APPLICATION ANYWAY. THEN IMMEDIATELY, please email, Jason Silberfein,
and let him know that you will be forwarding the information.
The two things you will need are:
Audited Financial Statements for your JCC (Section V #1A, B, or C) Verification of a current insurance policy (Section V #9)
To submit your 2007 projected budget (Section V #3), click where it says download budget here. When prompted click “Save” and save the template to your desktop. Go to your desktop and open the document. Edit the document with your information and re-save it using your JCCs name. Click the browse button on the online application and attach the revised budget.
